There’s probably a million recipes already out there just like this one, but I threw this together off the top of my head the other day and was really happy with how it turned out! It tastes almost exactly like cold pumpkin pie, if you’re in to that sort of thing!
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (I used a Eas Soy powder)
1/4 cup pumpkin
cinnamon to taste (I used about four big dashes of cinnamon, but it’s kind of an obsession of mine)
dash of nutmeg
dash of cloves
enough milk to reach your desired consistency
Mix together until smooth and enjoy!
I mixed mine in my Blender Bottle, and it mixed the pumpkin in perfectly, no blender required!
